• An installed height of **0.030"–0.065" above the carrier face is expected and acceptable.

• Avoid driving the bushing past any internal shoulder — forcing it through can distort the part and interfere with axle insertion.

• Apply firm, even blows during installation and check installed height before finalizing.

This ensures secure seating without damaging the bushing or the differential housing.
